Balance Sheet Report

How to use the Balance Sheet Report in AccountsPrep.

To access the Balance Sheet report:

  1. In AccountsPrep, click Reports.

  2. On the dropdown, click Balance Sheet.

The Balance Sheet Report shows the figures for the selected reporting periods.


Configure number of periods showing

You can control how many periods show on the report.

  1. Click Settings.

  2. Next to Number of periods, click the arrows to increase or decrease the periods. You can select up to three periods, depending on how many prior periods there are.

Click Preview to see what the changes will look like. Click Save to confirm the changes for the next time you open the report.


Exporting

Click Export to Excel to export the on-screen results to Excel.
