Once extracted, the transaction data is available to download in numerous formats depending on your requirements. Simply click on the download button in the Statement Inbox or Statement View the list of available formats.

For accounts packages not listed with a specific format, if there is an import function in your package, most will accept a .csv or Excel file of the data.

  • Excel - A standard Excel file
  • CSV - Generally for uploading to accounts packages

Or in a specific file type formats for the following accounts packages:

  • QuickBooks (Online and Desktop)
  • Sage 50 and Sage Accounting
  • Xero (2x date formats)
  • Plus many more...

If downloading for an accounts package, do not open the file before importing to your accounts package as this can change the formatting of the .csv file from that required by the accounting package to defaults set by excel on your PC. If this occurs, delete the file and simply download again from AutoEntry.

*Note* - For Sage 50/50c you will need to open the excel file and add a Nominal/Category account to each transaction line before Sage will accept the file.
