You must use the Sync App to integrate AutoEntry with company data in Sage 50 Accounts.
Due to how a login for Sage for Accountants is set up using a Sage account, you must create a separate user account to log in to the Sync App. This must be an email not already associated with a Sage account login.
📌TIP: If you're unsure whether an email address is registered to a Sage account, you can check this by trying to log in with it at account.sso.sage.com.
If it prompts you to create a Sage account, then this means it isn't a recognised Sage account email address. You can use this email address for the Sync App.
Log in to AutoEntry and add a new user.
Email address but not be associated with a Sage account
Give permission to one or all companies with company settings and workflows needed
The user creates their login using their welcome email.
The user uses this email address and password to access this company via the Sync App.
