Users can't delete an individual uploaded bank statement.
If you've uploaded a statement by mistake, you can contact AutoEntry support and provide a document ID.
The team will confirm if it's possible to delete the file or not. This will depend on the file upload status.
Delete: If the file upload is still in progress, the processing team can delete the file. There will be no credits charged.
Reject: Once the statement upload status is complete and approved, it's not possible to delete the file. However, the processing team will be able to reject the document but only if you make the request on the same day.
The team won't be able to reject bank statements the day after upload.
📎NOTE: The only way for a user to delete a bank statement is to delete the bank account in AutoEntry that it's associated with. However, this will delete all other bank statements associated with the account.
We don't recommend doing this, and we can't retrieve any deleted data.
