Error: (error ref: xxxx-xxxxx-xxx) in the Bank Statement folder

When you’re viewing the Inbox in the Bank Statement folder, sometimes the page content disappears with an error message.

If the error gives a unique reference in the following format: Error ref: xxxx-xxxxx-xxx, make sure to contact support.

The team will be able to escalate the issue to our technicians who will be able to restore the system promptly. This usually requires a reload in the background.
