Activity tab in a folder

An overview of the Activity tab within each folder on AutoEntry.

The Activity tab of a folder provides a full record of all documents uploaded to that folder by users for each company.

📎NOTE: The Activity tab is treated as a record of each item uploaded to AutoEntry and therefore you can't delete or remove them from this section.

Click View next to Activity within any folder.

You then have the following tabs on this page:

Uploaded Files

This shows all the files users have uploaded to this folder. You can review the following:

  • The date of the upload

  • The user involved

  • How the file was uploaded

    • Browser

    • Mobile app

  • A preview of the file uploaded

  • Size of file, including a download link to download the original file

  • File status

    • Uploaded

    • Processing

    • Ready

  • Number of pages/items uploaded

  • Details of the upload, including a link to view the completed file when ready

Processed Items

This shows all uploaded items that have been processed in this company. You can review the following:

  • View icon to view processed invoices

  • Doc ID, which is AutoEntry's internal reference number for that document

  • The user who was last active

  • Brief description of the action

  • The date of the activity

  • Current status and location of the document

  • Details of the invoice

  • Link to preview the document image

For the invoice status, the 'inbox', 'archived' and 'rejected' icons are links to bring you directly to those pages.

📌TIP: To the top right, there are options for searching for particular items/invoices, which you can also filter by date, user, or status.

📎NOTE: After you upload your documents for processing, they're scanned through AutoEntry before being released to your Inbox.

If AutoEntry detects any blank or merged pages within the file you uploaded, AutoEntry will be delete them in order to extract the relevant data efficiently. When this occurs, you will see that pages were deleted on your Activity feed.
