Pause your subscription

How to pause your subscription and keep access to AutoEntry.

Pausing your subscription allows you to put your account on hold for a small fee per month. This can be helpful if you have built up a large number of credits and you don't want to purchase anymore. You can continue using your account to use up that credit for 90 days.

What does it mean to pause a subscription

  • A small fee per month of €4 / £3 + VAT will apply (This price is liable to change)

  • Regular subscription charges are suspended

  • Credits will expire after 90 days

  • All functionality and data remain available

  • You can remain paused for as long as you require

📎NOTE: Before March 2025, pausing your subscription meant the credits didn't expire. The terms and conditions have changed. Anyone who paused the subscription before the change have until 30 September 2025 to use up their credits. After this, any credits older than 90 days will expire.


How to pause a subscription

  1. Click Settings on the left-hand navigation bar.

  2. On the Subscription and Billing tab, select Pause Subscription.

  3. Read over the details, and click Confirm.

To unpause a subscription, simply follow the same steps as above and your previous subscription will begin again.
