If you use AutoEntry as an extraction tool for bank transactions and upload these into QuickBooks Desktop, you may run into a known limitation where the full transaction description available within AutoEntry has been cut to 32 characters on import into QuickBooks Desktop.

Unfortunately this 32-character limit on description fields in the Web Connect file is a limit imposed by QuickBooks Desktop itself.

There is currently no resolution for this issue, but we will monitor the situation and revise this article as soon as we have an update.
