If you're running to difficulties trying to change your current level of subscription, it could be for two reasons:
Overage
You'll likely have an overage charge applied to your account.
AutoEntry allows a credit overdraft for users with monthly subscriptions. With our overage system, you can continue using your account even when you have run out of credits.
To change your level of subscription, clear any overage currently present on your account first.
Billing renewal in progress
You can't also change or renew your subscription if it's due to renew in the next 24 hours. It will be unavailable as the billing renewal is in progress.
