When you already have a user in your account, you can give them access to other additional companies.
📌TIP: To give access to multiple companies, you need to repeat these per company.
Go to the All People page and click Edit next to their name.
Under Set up Access for, select the Company option and choose the company you wish to grant them access to from the dropdown menu.
Under the Permissions tab, tick the box for at least one area for this user to access.
The changes save automatically after you tick any box.
This user won't receive an email to let them know they have been invited to access the new company. Instead, they will just see this company in their company list when they next log in.
