When you snap photos of your invoices/receipts on the app, sometimes they can become stuck as uploading or pending and never change to processing. This usually occurs if you have a momentary drop in service during the upload so the invoice never gets uploaded to our system or you may have the setting, Upload over WiFi only, switched on in the app and are trying to upload an invoice while connected to mobile data.

To resolve this, click on the menu button in the top left corner of the screen and switch off the WiFi setting if it is switched on or ensure you are connected to WiFi. Then click in to the invoice in the list, press the cancel upload option and then retry upload. Once the above setting is off and there are no network connection issues, retrying upload should resolve the issue.

Click into the receipt and click on 'Cancel upload':

Then Select 'Retry Upload':
