In AutoEntry, you can add as many users as you wish for no extra charge. Whether that's colleagues in your office, an external bookkeeper/accountant or for practices to add their clients that they can upload or use the phone app to submit expenses too! 

When adding a new user (inviting a user) you can also set if you want to add them to all the companies on your account (Account Level) or to one particular company and even set the level of access they have within that account/company too!
