Add Bank Statement data to AccountsPrep

You have plenty of options to add bank statement data, ranging from manual input to importing directly from AutoEntry.

If you need to add bank statement data you can do this from both the Bank Accounts or the Bank Statements page.

The transactions appear as unposted waiting for someone to code them.

  1. Click the Bank tab.

  2. Either click Bank Accounts or Bank Statements.

  3. Click Add Statement Data.

You then have three options to add the bank statement data.


Use AutoEntry statement capture

Directly import bank statements uploaded to AutoEntry.


Import data using a CSV file

Use a CSV file to import bank statement data. This is a useful way to add lots of transactions.


Enter data on-screen

If you only have a small amount of data to add, you may find it quick to manually enter bank statement lines in a batch entry screen.
