When you're logged in to AutoEntry, closing your internet browser tab doesn't always automatically sign you out. Depending on your browser settings, you may not need to enter your credentials.
To ensure you're logged out completely, you can use the Sign Out option. Once signed out, you'll need to enter your credentials the next time you want to access your AutoEntry company on that device or browser session.
📎NOTE: If you're inactive for a certain amount of time, the system will log you out automatically. There’s no setting to shorten or extend this amount of time.
Where is the 'Sign Out' option?
This will depend on the way you signed up to AutoEntry.
AutoEntry a standalone account
The Sign Out option is available at the bottom of the left-hand menu.
AutoEntry via Sage for Accountants
If you access AutoEntry via Sage for Accountants, go to Profile > Log out from the top right-hand of the screen.
