When you’re viewing the Inbox in the Bank Statement folder, sometimes the page content disappears and displays one of the error messages below, followed by a unique reference number.

StatementRec circuit open! (error ref: xxxx-xxxxx-xxx)

Failed to load project accounts (error ref: xxxx-xxxxx-xxx)

Both errors occur when the statements services are down. This is a temporary and recurrent issue that is monitored internally. If this occurs, we advise you wait for half an hour and try to refresh the page later.

If the issue persists, contact support: The team will be able to escalate and our technicians will be able to restore the system promptly.
