Error: (error ref: xxxx-xxxxx-xxx) in the Bank Statement folder

How to resolve the error (unique reference) in the Bank Statement Inbox in AutoEntry.

When you’re viewing the Inbox in the Bank Statement folder, sometimes the page content disappears and displays an error message.

The error includes a unique reference in the following format: Error ref: xxxx-xxxxx-xxx

For example: error ref: 0745-46431-302

Example 1: StatementRec circuit open! (error ref: xxxx-xxxxx-xxx)

Example 2: Failed to load project accounts (error ref: xxxx-xxxxx-xxx)


Resolution

This is usually a temporary issue and we advise you to try and refresh the page.

You can also try again later.

If the issue persists, contact support: The team will be able to escalate the issue to our technicians who will be able to restore the system promptly.

You will then be able to refresh the page.
