You are trying to upload invoices/receipts on the mobile app, but their status gets stuck on Pending or Uploading.
This is typically caused by your app not being updated to the newest version.
For iOS users, simply update the app to the latest version. This issue can occur on app versions older than 2.2.6. You can see the version of the app you're on under the settings icon in the app.
If the receipts don't automatically upload after the update, please follow these steps:
Find the OLDEST upload stuck as pending. This must be done to the oldest upload first in order to resolve the issue.
Click Cancel Upload.
Select Retry Upload.
