If your company is not integrated with accounting software, or you just prefer to have a copy of your extracted invoice data saved to your PC, this article will go through the steps required to download them.

Select the file(s) you wish to download by ticking the checkbox to the left of each one.
An option to Download will appear at the top of the list. Click this and select the desired format.
📌TIP: To select all invoices on the page, click the tickbox on the top left-hand corner of the Inbox and select All.

If you are using AutoEntry for simple data extraction and do not plan on integrating your company with an accounting package, AutoEntry offers the Generic Excel download format with a Shared Image Link. This allows AutoEntry and non-AutoEntry users to see the invoice image via the link available in the first column of the downloaded Generic Excel format.
Select the file(s) you wish to download by clicking the tickbox to the left of each one.
Once ticked, an option to Download will appear at the top of the list. Click this and select Generic Excel.
The download will save to your PC automatically.

If you are looking for a copy of your invoices/statements from AutoEntry, you can download them individually by clicking the PDF button on the bottom right corner of the document window.
