To request support, click on the blue bubble at the bottom right of the screen to being a webchat.

Once expanded, click 'Send us a message' (*1) to start a conversation with our of our support team members.

If you would like to pick up where you left off with a previous conversation, you can do so by clicking 'See all your conversations' (*2).

We also have an expansive help centre which is growing and being reviewed daily, so often the quickest way to find a solution to your query is here! This can be accessed by clicking on the 'Help Centre' button at the top right of the screen when logged in, or at any time through the chat bubble also under 'Find your answer now' (3.).

While our main support team are based at our head office in Dublin, Ireland, we also have offices in Tucson, Arizona and Melbourne, meaning our webchat is monitored 24/7, Monday - Friday.
