Why aren't my uploaded files appearing in my Inbox?

Applies To

  • Any file uploaded via web browser or email.


There are a number of reasons why your documents may not be in the Inbox:

  • Still Processing in Activity folder - A banner across the top of the inbox will also let you know if invoices are still processing. Please see this article for expected processing times.

  • Archive folder - Has a colleague already published the invoices or were they auto published?

  • Check your email - If after approx. 30 minutes your file is still not showing in your Activity tab, please check in your email's sent folder that the address this was sent/forwarded to matches the unique AutoEntry email address in your Company Settings > Mailbox Preferences.

Additional Information

  • If you have auto-forwarding to your AutoEntry email address(es) set up in your Outlook account, and you are receiving an automatic rejection email, please see this article.

  • If you're still unsure please contact us through the chat bubble (bottom right corner) to speak to us. Please include the company name the file was uploaded to and the file name. We'll trace them from there.
