Ocrex Ltd. (t/a AutoEntry) are GDPR compliant as of May 2018.

All our Terms and Conditions have been updated to cover our GDPR requirements with full Data Processing Agreement (DPA), Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Privacy Policy contained therein:

We also have a significant project underway to achieve ISO 27001 certification (for an Information Security Management System, accredited by UKAS). We achieved Stage 1 certification in May 2018. We're also aiming to satisfy ISO 27017 (information security controls in the cloud) and ISO 27018 (information security controls for PII in the cloud). The aim is to maximise the overlap between the ISO certification and the GDPR requirements.

For our non-European Union customers, GDPR is a stricter set of regulations regarding the privacy of your personal data. While GDPR is an EU regulation, it ultimately affects any business with customers in the EU and any EU nationals residing outside the EU. This is why we're applying these changes globally across our entire customer base. You can read more about it on the EU Commission website.
