The File Management folder includes a Recycle bin section.
Any file that you deleted from the Actions button within a folder will appear in the Recycle bin.
Access the Recycle bin
You can access the Recycle bin
From the company's homepage, click the Recycle bin link within the File management panel
From any folder within the File management folder, click the Recycle bin link from the list
Once in the Recycle bin, you can delete a file permanently, download it or restore it:
Delete permanently
⚠️CAUTION: This action is irreversible. Once you delete a file from the Recycle bin, you can't restore it.
Tick the checkboxes to the left to select one or more files.
Click the Actions button and select Delete.
Download
The download function allows you to export and back up your data on your personal device before you delete it permanently
Tick the checkboxes to the left to select one or more files.
Click the Actions button and select Download.
Restore
Tick the checkboxes to the left to select one or more files.
Click the Actions button and select Restore.
If you've deleted a file in error, you can restore it back to its original folder if it's in the Recycle bin.
📎NOTE: You can't restore a file that you deleted from the Recycle bin.
