This article will take you through the steps required to add a monthly subscription to your AutoEntry account.

Please note that this differs from adding credits in a bulk purchase. If you are looking for help with that, click here instead.

Adding a Subscription

To add a subscription, simply click the Settings icon on the right hand side of your AutoEntry homepage. This will take you to your Account Settings page.

Under the Subscription and Billing tab, click + Add Subscription.

In the pop-up menu, enter your Account Details:

  • Country - Automatically sets your currency for your purchase.

  • Billing Notification (if your AutoEntry invoice should be sent elsewhere. E.g. "accounts@" rather than your own email)

  • Discount Code - If you have one

  • VAT/GST Registered - For EU, UK and Canadian customers only.

  • Click 'Add Subscription Details' once complete.

These details can be edited at any stage later.

Then select your subscription level under Subscription Details.

Once you select your subscription level, billing details can be added. Clicking Purchase confirms the purchase of your subscription to AutoEntry and charges your card.

Subscription T&Cs and Related Articles

Below is a quick reminder of the basic T&Cs of our subscriptions:

  • Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis on the date of initial purchase

  • You can change your subscription or renew early at any stage at no charge

  • Unused credits roll over for 90 days with an active subscription

  • There's a standard 200% overage (overdraft) on all subscriptions

  • You can pause your subscription at any stage providing there are credits on your account

  • Subscriptions can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the renewal date

  • For European customers, do please add your VAT number if you are VAT registered as we use the EU reverse charge rule for any customers outside Ireland.

  • Subscription prices are cheaper than purchasing a bulk amount of credits.
