Not receiving your password reset email

What to do if your AutoEntry password reset email hasn't arrived, including spam checks, re-requesting, and when to contact support.

Written by Oliver Cook

If you've requested a password reset email but it hasn't arrived, follow the steps below.

1 - Check your junk or spam folder

Check your junk, spam, or promotions folder. Your email provider may filter the reset email.

2 - Request a new reset email

If you can't find the email, go back to the AutoEntry login page and select Forgot password to request a new one. Reset emails are usually delivered within a few minutes.

3 - Confirm you're using the correct email address

Make sure you enter the correct email address linked to your AutoEntry account.

Try any other email addresses you may have used.

Still haven't received your reset email?

You can contact our support, but you must confirm:

  • You've checked the junk/spam folder

  • You've tried resetting your password at least one more time

  • The email address is correct
