You can check the various actions performed on sales and purchase invoices from the Invoice History button.
Access the Sales or Purchases folder.
Click the invoice number / file name to access its detailed view.
📌TIP: You can access an invoice from various folders: Inbox, Archive, Reject, Processed items tab etc.
Click Invoice history from the top right of the screen.
You can then see the following details for each action:
Date
Time
Action
User
You can see for example:
When you've uploaded the file
When you edited or added codes to the invoice
When you accepted the invoice
When the invoice has moved to the accounting software
📌TIP: This can help you with troubleshooting, if, for example, you’ve un-published an invoice and not sure if you've published it earlier or not.
📎NOTE: This option isn't available in the other folders Expenses, Bank Statements or Supplier Statements.
