If the API isn't turned on in KashFlow or you get an error requesting the API settings are updated, here's the quick steps to activate the API in KashFlow:

  • Log into your KashFlow account
  • Click the 'Apps' tab and choose 'API Settings' 
  • Enable the API Tick, and click 'Update'
  • Back in AutoEntry, refresh the Integration page and click connect again
  • The integration should now be successful
