If you are experiencing issues with your Invoices not publishing or error messages being displayed on your company home page, please follow the steps below.

Please ensure you are following these steps on the machine where you have installed the AutoEntry Desktop Sync App.

Part 1: Update the AutoEntry Desktop Sync app.

Step 1: Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\OCREX\AutoEntry in your PC's file explorer

Step 2: Run wyUpdate.exe (double click to open)

(If you receive a pop-up to close any process, click close)

Part 2: Ensure you are running the latest version.

Step 1: Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\OCREX\AutoEntry\Service

Step 2: Right click on AutoEntry.DesktopSync.Service.exe > Properties > Details.

Part 3: Publish An Invoice for each company with an error message.

Step 1: Log into your AutoEntry account and open a company you are experiencing issues with.

Step 2: Publish an Invoice for the Sales OR Purchases folder.
