If you are using Google Chrome and are still experiencing issues using the website, it may be necessary for you to clear your browsing data. Here are the steps to do so:

  1. Press the CTRL and H keys together on your keyboard.

  2. On the left hand side, click on Clear browsing data.

  3. Click on the Advanced tab.

  4. In the time range select All time.

  5. Untick all boxes with the exception of Cookies and other Site Data and Cached Images.

  6. Click the blue button to Clear Data.
