You have added a new supplier/customer account or nominal code to your accounting software, but it has not appeared on AutoEntry for you to apply to your invoices.
Syncing supplier/customer data to Company Contacts.
Syncing VAT, Category, Cost, Project codes to Manage Lists.
This would typically be caused by the company data not being resynced on the AutoEntry site.
If you have created a new supplier/customer account, VAT code or nominal code in your accounts package that is not yet showing in AutoEntry to assign to invoices, just go to the Integrate screen and click the button called Resync [accounts package name] Data.
Please then allow 5-10 minutes for this to complete (times can vary depending on the accounts package integrated with) and this new account/code should then be available!
