This article will take you through the steps required to switch off notification emails from AutoEntry.


To turn off notifications of documents uploaded and their status, you will need to do the following:

  1. Open your Company Settings > Notifications.

  2. If you wish for all notifications to stop being sent to an email address entered in the Notifications Emails field, simply click the 'x' next to this email address.

If you wish for all uploaders to no longer receive email notifications when the files they have uploaded has completed processing, untick the box beside 'Notify Uploader'.
