Objective

This article will take you through the steps required to complete Sage File Maintenance.

Applies To

  • Sage 50 UK&I users.

Procedure

Below are the steps you will need to follow to complete Sage File Maintenance:

  1. Open up Sage 50 and sign in as Manager.

  2. Click File > Maintenance.

  3. You will need to re-index all of the data first.

  4. Then you will need to use the data compression option.
