Company list empty when integrating with Sage Accounting

What to do when the company list is blank when trying to integrate AutoEntry with Sage Accounting.

When trying to integrate an AutoEntry company with Sage Accounting, your company list drop-down menu might show as blank.

This happens when Sage Accounting company is already connected to another AutoEntry company.

Check your other AutoEntry companies

To resolve this, go through your company list on AutoEntry, and ensure that each of those companies is integrated with the matching company in Sage Accounting.

If one AutoEntry company is connected to the wrong Sage Accounting company:

  1. Disconnect the AutoEntry company that is integrated with the wrong Sage company.

  2. Reconnect the company to the correct Sage Accounting company.
