Question
What do each of AutoEntry's publish icons mean?
Applies To
All AutoEntry users who use our service to publish invoices/bills.
Answer
When your invoices/bills have been processed and are ready for you in your inbox, you can then code them as necessary before publishing them to your accounts package.
There are 4 publish buttons, each with its own simple meaning.
The White Publish Button

This means that the invoice has finished processing and has been added to your inbox, but still needs the Supplier/Customer Account, Category and VAT Code to be allocated.
The Green Outlined Button

This means that the invoice has had all necessary codes added, and is ready to be published into your accountancy package.
The Green Filled Button

This means that the invoice has been marked as published and is in the process of being transferred to your accountancy package.
The Auto-Publish Button

This means that the invoice has been Auto-Published and is in the process of being transferred to your accountancy package.
Once your invoice has been published and the Green Filled Button is visible, if your company has been Integrated to your accounts package the button will update accordingly with the name of the accounts package appearing underneath.
