You are seeing the below message on a document's Reason status in the Rejected folder.

File is corrupt.

Applies To

  • Documents that have been rejected after upload.


The file is corrupted in some way and cannot be processed by AutoEntry. This may also be caused by a password-protected file being uploaded.


To resolve this, you would need to reupload the file, and after uploading please ensure you press the blue Process anyway button on the file from the Activity page.
