Objective

This article will show you how you can delete/override any stored line items for a company.

Applies To

  • Supplier Settings within Company Contacts.

Procedure

Stored Line Items are set when you need AutoEntry to remember certain fields for extraction. These can be set and viewed in your Supplier Settings page.

On this page, you can follow these steps to delete a stored line item:

  1. Click the 'x' to the right of any stored line item.

  2. Select the General tab at the top of the page.

  3. Click the green Save Changes button at the bottom of that page.

You can also overwrite a stored line item by creating a new rule to replace it!
