During the weekend of 7th - 9th May 2021, AccountsIQ migrated a subset of users - those that have EU data residency (post-Brexit) or Shrems II requirements - to new EU host sites in Dublin; as such there will be a change required to the API endpoint for the AutoEntry integration.

These two new connection options (EU1, EU2) are now displayed on the AutoEntry integration page for new and existing AccountsIQ users. For the cohort of EU customers being migrated by AccountsIQ this weekend, your connection option has already been updated to the correct servers.

Existing AccountsIQ-integrated users, that are not seeking EU data residency, will not be affected by this change in AutoEntry.
