Why are my processed bank statements not showing in my Inbox?
Bank statements uploaded to AutoEntry will automatically be added to any previous extractions with the same bank account number. The exception to this is when the statement is uploaded to a different project.
When these statements are being processed, the previous statements which are already in your inbox will need to be edited in the background by us to add the new extracted data.
For this reason, the new statements will temporarily be unavailable in your inbox. Not to worry though, these will be made available shortly with your new data added!
