You are seeing the below error message on your company's Integration Status, or on your Desktop Sync App.
Method not found: Void SimplySDK.SDKInstanceManager.CloseDatabase

To clear this error, please do the following:
Open your PC's Task Manager, select More details if it is showing the minimised view.
Click on the Services tab.
Look for Sage Connection Manager in the list, and there will be a status column showing Running or Stopped.
Right click on this and select Start.
After this please restart the Sync App.
