What column headings should I include when uploading an excel file to AutoEntry?

  • All users who need to upload invoices in .xlsx (Excel files) format.


The Excel file can be any simple invoice format that contains the minimum data needed for processing. One invoice per Excel file.

Additional information

Example of minimum Data Required:

  • Supplier Name

  • Invoice Date

  • Invoice No

  • Invoice Line items:

  • Description

  • Unit Price (optional)

  • Quantity (optional)

  • Line Items VAT

  • Line Items Net Amount (with currency)

  • Invoice Totals

  • Invoice Net

  • Invoice VAT

  • Invoice Total
