What are the reasons why I am unable to change/renew my subscription?

If you are running to difficulties trying to change your current level of subscription, it is likely that you have an overage charge applied to your account.
AutoEntry allows an overdraft of credits for users with monthly subscriptions, for ease of use. With our overage system, you can continue using your account even when you have run out of credits!
To change your level of subscription, please clear any overage currently present on your account first.
Please note that you will also be unable to change/renew your subscription if it is due to renew in the next 24 hours.
