Why you can't change your subscription

Some restrictions in AutoEntry can temporarily prevent subscription changes.

If you're unable to change your subscription, it's due to:

  • You have an overage balance

  • Your subscription is renewing


You have an overage balance

You can continue processing after you run out of credits. Doing so creates an overage balance on your account.

You need to clear the overage before you can change your subscription.


Your subscription is renewing

You can’t change or renew your subscription within 24 hours of your renewal date. During this time, billing is in progress, and changes are unavailable.


What to do next

  • Clear any overage on your account

  • Wait until the renewal completes if you’re within 24 hours

📌Tip: Once the renewal completes, you can change your subscription as normal.
