Single Invoice View Issues

There are currently a number of issues being experienced by users working on the Single Invoice View page.

If you are noticing any of the issues on this list, please click the heading to be brought to the relevant workaround steps you can apply to your invoices:

Please also be aware that we are working on a resolution for all of the above-mentioned issues at high priority. Updates will be posted on our Live Service Updates page when these fixes are released, so we would encourage users to check this page regularly to stay up to date.

Unable to populate the Supplier Account

  1. While viewing the invoice, select the relevant Supplier Account from the dropdown menu - the Supplier Account will not populate.

  2. Under the Type section, select Credit Note.

  3. The Supplier Account you selected should then be visible in the dropdown menu.

  4. Under the Type section, select Invoice.

Unable to populate VAT/Tax code or Category

  1. While viewing the invoice, select the relevant Category or VAT/Tax code from the dropdown menu.

  2. An error message will appear, stating "An error has occurred."

  3. Select the Supplier/Customer Account from the dropdown menu, the error message should clear and the Category or VAT/Tax code you previously selected will be visible.

Unable to populate Category or Tax Code in Line Items

  1. While viewing the invoice, click Add Line Items at the bottom of the page.

  2. Select the relevant Category code from the dropdown menu - the line item will disappear.

  3. Click Add Line Items again.

  4. Under the Price is section, change the option from Tax Exclusive to Tax Inclusive - the line item will now be visible.

  5. You should then be able to add more line items to the invoice.

Unable to add a Tax Summary

  1. While viewing the invoice, click Add Tax/VAT Summary at the bottom of the page.

  2. Select the relevant Category code from the dropdown menu - the line will then disappear.

  3. Click Add Tax/VAT Summary again.

  4. Under the Type section at the top of the page, select Credit Note, then select Invoice - the Tax Summary will then appear.

  5. You should then be able to add more lines to the Tax Summary.
