If you don't access your trial account for a long period of time, it will be queued for deletion.
You'll receive the following notification email:
"Your account has been disabled and is queued for permanent deletion. This will permanently delete all data associated with your account.
If you would like to reactivate your account and prevent it from being deleted, please follow this follow this link and log into your account. Alternatively, you can contact [email protected], if you experience any difficulty with this."
If you want to keep your account active, you simply need to log into your account. This action alone is enough to reactivate it and there’s no other step to follow.
📎NOTE: You can access your AutoEntry account even if your trial credits have expired. However, the system will delete accounts 13 months after you cancel your subscription.
