If you need to troubleshoot the integration with your Sync App and your set up involves several users and devices, you first need to check where it is located. You can then check your own device name and compare.
Check the location of the Sync App
You can check the device name where the Sync App is installed from your AutoEntry account under the Integrate page in the Home section.
Log in at autoentry.com.
Click on the relevant company.
On the left-hand sidebar, click Integrate.
At the bottom of your screen, you can see the location of your Sync App.
"Current status of AutoEntry Desktop Sync Service installed on workstation [Device Name]."
📎NOTE: If you don't see the Integration page, you need to check with the admin user. They can either share the information with you or give you the correct permission.
Check your device name
You can check your device name from your PC Settings > System > About.
You can also search "device name" from your computer's search bar.
