Using Classes and Locations with QuickBooks Online

How to link your projects via Classes when using AutoEntry with QuickBooks Online Plus or Advanced.

If you're integrated with QuickBooks Online, you can use the Class field in the invoices to link to your projects created in QuickBooks.

Similarly, if you created locations in QuickBooks you can also sync that data into AutoEntry and select them from the Location field.

This feature is available with QuickBooks Online Plus and QuickBooks Online Advanced, but and with Simple Start or Essentials plans.

You can apply those tracking categories from the invoice Inbox list, or when uploading your documents.

NOTE: When connecting your AutoEntry account to QuickBooks, this data will sync from QuickBooks to AutoEntry. After any changes in QuickBooks, you may need to Re-Sync your data.
