The AutoEntry Desktop Sync App, which you install to integrate with Sage 50 or QuickBooks Desktop, isn't the same as the AutoEntry website.
You can only log in to the Sync App with an AutoEntry login. You can't log in to the Sync App using a Sage or Intuit ID login.
We explain below how to log in to the Sync App if you have an AutoEntry login already, and what to do if you usually access AutoEntry using a Sage account or Intuit ID.

If you log in to AutoEntry with an AutoEntry login, enter your usual email address and password to access the Sync App installed on your computer.

If you signed up to AutoEntry using your Sage account, or you use Sage for Accountants to access AutoEntry, you can log in to the Sync App using your Sage account login details.
Click SIGN IN WITH SAGE.
Enter your Sage account email address, then click Continue.
Enter your Sage account password then click Log in.
📎NOTE: If you're prompted to create a Sage account this means you don't already have a Sage account for the email address you entered.
If required, enter your 6-digit code code for 2-factor authentication (2FA), then click Continue.
I use an Intuit ID for AutoEntry

If you signed up to AutoEntry using your Intuit QuickBooks ID, your account will not yet have an AutoEntry password. This is what you need to log into the Sync App.
Don't worry, you can easily create a password to use exclusively to log in to the Sync App.
📎NOTE: These steps don't affect the use of your Sage or Intuit ID to log into the AutoEntry website. It is exclusively for use on our Mobile App and Desktop Sync App.
