There may be times when the AutoEntry support team needs you to send them your Sync App's log file. This can help us determine the cause of any internal issues relating to the sync between AutoEntry and your Sage 50 or QuickBooks data.
If you've been asked for this 'log file', the steps below explain how to open, save and send this to AutoEntry support.
Go to the PC that has the AutoEntry Sync App installed.
Open File Explorer, paste in the path C:\ProgramData\DocuRec\Logs and press Enter on your keyboard.
The file named _current.log is the most up-to-date log file.
Right-click on it and click Copy.You can then Paste this log file in your open conversation with AutoEntry support in the chat widget.
