How to resolve this error when trying to connect AutoEntry to Sage 50 Canada.

You may see the following error message in your sync app or on your company's integration status.

Unable to Connect to Sage 50 Canada Company File. Please confirm the Sage 50 Database Connection Manager service is running.

This error occurs because you've entered a username and/or company file path incorrectly.

To clear the error, ensure that both the username and company file path are correct.

📌TIP: Check for any incorrect capitalisation/spelling of your username, and ensure that you've copied/pasted into the sync app exactly how it appears on your Sage account.
