Viewing your paid invoice transactions within Sage 50 Canada can be done in two places, depending on whether the transaction is for a vendor or a customer.
Vendor Transactions

Within the Purchases invoice module, click the eyeglasses thumbnail.
This will bring you to the Search window. Here you can select the vendor from the Vendor Name drop-down menu (if you have an invoice number it can be entered in the Invoice Number field) and click the OK button.
Highlight the invoice you are looking for and click the Select button.
This screen will show you the invoice details; if it has been paid you will see a PAID stamp across the top.
Customer Transactions

Within the Sales invoice module, click the eyeglasses thumbnail.
This will bring you to the Search window. Here you can select the customer from the Customer Name drop-down menu (if you have an invoice number it can be entered in the Invoice Number field) and click the OK button.
Highlight the invoice you are looking for and click the Select button.
This screen will show you the invoice details; if it has been paid you will see a PAID stamp across the top.
