You're seeing the below error message on your company's Integration Status or within your Desktop Sync App.
Connection to the company could not be established. Desktop Connection Error: The following error occurred connecting to your Accounts Package: The main computer for this Remote Data Access company isn't currently online.
This error relates to the machine where your Sage data is held. Either it's offline, or the Sage data services are not running in your PC's Task Manager.
As this error suggests, you'll be unable to create a connection between AutoEntry and Sage if the PC on which your Sage data is stored on it not switched on.
If you are unable to access this PC, follow the steps below:
Ensure that all Sage services are running in your Task Manager.
Attempt to publish an invoice on the affected company.
