When you try to log in to the Desktop Sync App, you may see the error below.

NullReferenceException

This error typically means that a time-out has occurred within your Sync App's service.

It's easy to fix this.

  1. Open your PC's Task Manager, select More details if it is showing the minimised view, and click on the Processes tab.

  2. Click on OCRex.Desktop.AutoEntry.Client & AutoEntry.Service.

  3. Select End Task on both.

  4. Open the Sync App again and attempt to log in.

You should now no longer see this error.

Error persists

If the error still occurs after following the steps above, please contact our Support team via webchat for further guidance.
